The 599 GTB is actually a 6 speed manual and not the 6 speed F1 automated. The guy cannot drive for sh*t and he mess up the 6 speed manual launch.

Look at the trap speed. The 599 GTB at the end of the race was travelling way faster at over 8 km/h. He would have owned the 458 Italia, if he had got the launch right.

Yes it comes with a leather covered dash, heated leather seats, Bose sound system, satnav cruise control and whatnot. But you have your facts mixed up. The point of a GT car is to provide performance, luxury and a good quality ride to cover long distances. The point of a SPORTS car is to provide the fastest lap times possible. An Italian car may have more passion but that doesn't make it faster. And just because you think Ferraris are better does't make anyone who disagrees a fanboy...

It's superior overall? really? So I guess it has a full leather interior and is fun to drive rather than being as boring as driving to work everyday due to over-engineering?(something Japanese cars are famous for). Also it's hideous and mass produced.

Actually, the GT-R is a superior car overall, with acceleration being it's biggest weakness due to a relatively small engine and increased weight compared to the Ferrari 458. But you as you claim not to be a blinded fanboy, you should know that. Also... as you seem to listen to facts you shouldn't ignore that the Nissan drove round the Nurburgring in 7:24.22 compared to the 458's 7:32.92 - which is even slower than the 2009 GT-R's time.

GTR's are mostly electronically controlled, the driver just has to put the pedal down and turn the wheel, the over engineered car (computer with wheels) does the rest.

not really, the GT-R sucks in every way other than it's acceleration, but you're a fanboy so you wouldn't actually listen to facts.

These electronics don't break while your F40 is having a problem with these. Don't judge by only the electronic side.

Gtr is top electronic car from japan but people afraids of it because to much electronic inside means alot of repairing. But super cars should not have to much electronic like mclaren or ferrari f40. Every pro understands it.

No way a Foriano beats a 911 Turbo stage II. The Foriano's 60" times are POS slow, GTR's 60" could be better. Bad driver in Super car='s Failure...None of the Super Cars 60" matched the Nissan Z's.

i would say they are equally as much a toss pots car.
